Using a wide range of gentle techniques (i.e.joint mobilization, craniosacral balancing, muscle and fascial release, neural and visceral manipulation) restrictions in the body are released to support the mobility of joints, organs, muscles, fascia and nerves, and to relieve tension so the body is better able to cope with everyday demands.

I work at the root of your complaints. The goal is to identify and treat the causes — not just the symptoms — only then lasting change can occur. You will receive individually tailored home exercises that support the treatment and help stabilise your long‑term progress.

Thanks to my training and medical knowledge I can address your individual needs and offer exercises that suit you precisely. With tailored yoga, breathing exercises and meditation I support you in improving wellbeing, easing complaints and reducing stress. Together we work to promote your physical and mental balance, find inner calm and reach your personal goals.

About me

After studying economics and working 13 years in marketing, I followed a deeper calling and traveled the world to find my next path. I spent nearly two years in Laos teaching in temples, learning the language, and practicing chanting and meditation — an experience that redirected my life.

Having struggled with chronic back pain since youth, I discovered the benefits of manual therapy and decided to combine my fascination with the human body and desire to help others. I completed a Master of Osteopathy with distinction at the European School of Osteopathy and then practiced in New Zealand for seven years.

I’m now back in Vienna offering osteopathic bodywork, Pilates and yoga. My approach blends hands‑on treatment with tailored movement sessions to release restrictions, build lasting strength and restore balance between body, mind and spirit.
