Osteopathy —
everything is connected.
Let’s find out how.

Hands-on treatment that looks beyond the symptoms to find the cause of your pain.

Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy that views the body as a whole. When pain keeps coming back despite treatment, it’s often because the root cause hasn’t been found yet, and the place where you feel the pain is very often not where the problem originates. So rather than focusing only on the painful area, I look at how all your systems - your skeleton, joints, muscles, nerves, connective tissue and internal organs -work together, and where that function is impaired.

I treat patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly, across a wide range of conditions. Every treatment begins with a thorough assessment, because lasting change only happens once we understand what is actually driving your symptoms.

My approach

No two bodies are the same, and no two treatments should be either. Before I start with the treatment, I listen — to your history, your symptoms, and the story your body is telling me. That assessment shapes everything that follows.

I use a wide range of techniques depending on what you need, including:

  • Visceral manipulation — gentle work on the organs and their connective tissue, addressing how restrictions in the abdomen, pelvis or thorax affect the rest of the body
  • Neural manipulation — releasing tension along nerve pathways to restore free movement and reduce pain
  • Craniosacral therapy — a subtle, light-touch technique to release tension in the deep connective tissues surrounding the brain and spinal cord, relieving pain and enhancing nervous system function
  • Balanced Ligamentous Tension (BLT) — a gentle structural approach working with the body’s inherent forces
  • Fascial release — targeting the connective tissue that wraps around every muscle, organ and bone
  • Structural techniques — including HVLA (joint manipulation), MET (muscle energy techniques) and soft tissue work
  • Manual lymphatic drainage — supporting the body’s natural drainage and immune function
  • ScarWork — a gentle, innovative approach to scar tissue developed by Sharon Wheeler. Whether new or old, most scars respond with lasting functional change and cosmetic improvement — reducing tightness, improving tissue function and often resulting in whole-body integration shifts

Advanced Clinical Education

I am committed to lifelong learning — it’s one of the things I love most about this profession. Since graduating with my Master of Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy (University of Greenwich, UK) in 2018, I have completed extensive post-graduate training across a wide range of specialist fields.

My post-graduate training includes a full series of visceral and neural manipulation courses through the Barral Institute — one of the world’s most respected osteopathic training organisations. I have also completed extensive post-graduate training in women’s health, ScarWork, craniosacral therapy and disc prolapse management with internationally recognised practitioners.
